Role Purpose
Lead and motivate a team of Financial Advisors to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve Metropolitan Channel sales targets.

Requirements
Qualifications:

  • Matric or equivalent NQF Level 5 qualification
  • RE5
  • FAIS Representative legislative qualification
  • Class of Business 3 and 7 (preferable)

Experience:

  • 3-5 years in the financial services industry
  • Minimum 2 years in managerial oversight of financial advice
  • Experience with FAIS Tier 1 Long-Term Insurance and Pension Benefit products
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • Computer literacy

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Financial Advisers
  • Develop action plans to drive sales and improve performance
  • Ensure compliance with operational and legislative standards
  • Foster a productive and energizing branch culture
  • Recruit and select high-performing Financial Advisers
