Role Purpose
Lead and motivate a team of Financial Advisors to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve Metropolitan Channel sales targets.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Matric or equivalent NQF Level 5 qualification
- RE5
- FAIS Representative legislative qualification
- Class of Business 3 and 7 (preferable)
Experience:
- 3-5 years in the financial services industry
- Minimum 2 years in managerial oversight of financial advice
- Experience with FAIS Tier 1 Long-Term Insurance and Pension Benefit products
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Computer literacy
