Job Purpose
Deliver exceptional service by providing professional, knowledgeable advice on beauty and skincare products, while effectively managing merchandise and maintaining high housekeeping standards to build customer loyalty and drive sales.
Job Objectives

Consult with customers, respond to product-related queries and recommend suitable beauty and skincare solutions.

Drive sales performance within the beauty department through effective promotion, cross-selling and up-selling to consistently achieve targets.

Monitor sales trends, evaluate product performance and recommend improvements to enhance product mix and sales results.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty products, ranges, trends, promotions and events to ensure accurate customer advice.

Execute all operational activities efficiently, including stock management, shrinkage control, housekeeping and administration.

Ensure visual merchandising, in-store presentation and promotional standards within the beauty department are consistently upheld.

Act as a brand ambassador by delivering friendly, professional and engaging customer service.

Promote the Clicks clubcard and enroll new members to achieve participation targets.

Increase profitability and customer loyalty through the promotion of private label and exclusive products.

Support the brand’s position as the customer’s first choice health and beauty retailer by living and driving the company values.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications and Experience

Essential: Grade 12.

Desirable: Relevant beauty or skincare qualification.

Desirable: Experience in a beauty, skincare, retail, FMCG, sales or marketing environment.
Skills, Abilities and Job-Related Knowledge

Strong understanding and application of selling principles.

Retail or FMCG knowledge with sound understanding of merchandising and promotional practices.

Knowledge of stock management procedures.
