Our client, an automotive dealership in Paarl, is seeking an experienced Assistant Accountant / Bookkeeper to join their team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric qualification is essential.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Automotive industry experience is beneficial.
- Previous experience using Evolve software is an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processing of invoices and rebates.
- Handling all Ford-related invoicing.
- Managing rebates, VLP, PBR, and monthly billing invoices.
- Processing service plan and warranty billing.
- Receipting payments via the bank portal.
- Allocating GL accounts, cash control, vehicle debtors, AR, and AP accounts.
- Daily clearing of till accounts (bank speed point payments).
- Processing and allocating warranty and esc payments to AR and AP accounts.
- Floorplan interest processing and payments.
- Managing plan exchange on floorplan.
- Inputting salary data.
