Formulate tactical strategy and associated delivery plans for the Public Sector segment. Drive proactive integration and operational enhancements to achieve business objectives.
Job Description
People Management: Coach, mentor, and lead a high-performing team to achieve business goals while fostering professional growth.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all regulatory, control, and compliance requirements while maintaining high-quality standards.
Business Management: Translate the Business Unit’s strategy into actionable objectives, managing performance and service standards through the Performance Development process.
Collaboration: Innovate and improve operational processes by challenging norms, sharing knowledge, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
Education
National Diplomas and Advanced Certificates in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies.
