Job Overview
The Area Growth Manager is responsible for driving business expansion and revenue growth by increasing the Flash footprint across assigned sales channels. This role focuses on device sales growth, market penetration, relationship management, and operational excellence to achieve regional turnover targets.
Key Responsibilities

Grow the Flash footprint within the assigned area across all allocated sales channels

Drive increased sales of Flash devices to expand regional turnover and market presence

Increase acquiring base and transaction volumes through high adoption rates of Flash devices

Grow overall turnover across all devices and payment channels in line with business strategy and targets

Conduct in-store training on all Flash products during every visit

Manage and grow the SIM card business through effective merchandising of Flash SIM stock
-
Maintain strong customer relationships and achieve a minimum of 90% Red Flag completed calls to reduce churn

Support and manage the kiosk environment in line with agreed operational structures
-
Build and sustain relationships with all kiosk stakeholders within the region

Map and geo-locate the trader database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
Minimum Requirements

2–3 years sales or field operations experience

Grade 12 qualification
-
Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing English

Fully computer literate, including Microsoft Teams and Excel

Valid driver’s license
