About the Program

Pepkor Vacancies is hiring a high-performing Area Growth Manager to drive the expansion of the Flash footprint across assigned territories. The role is focused on accelerating device adoption, increasing transaction volumes, and building strong partnerships to achieve sustainable regional growth.

Job Description

The Area Growth Manager is responsible for growing market presence through all allocated sales channels. This role drives Flash device sales, grows the acquiring base, and increases overall turnover across devices and payment channels in line with strategic objectives and performance targets. The position requires strong field execution, relationship management, and consistent performance tracking to reduce churn and grow regional revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Expand the Flash footprint across all assigned sales channels within the region
  • Drive Flash device sales growth to increase regional turnover
  • Grow the acquiring base by maintaining high adoption rates when placing devices
  • Increase overall turnover across devices and payment channels in line with targets
  • Conduct in-store training on all Flash products during every visit
  • Manage key relationships and achieve 90% Red Flag completed calls to reduce churn
  • Support kiosk environments in line with agreed operational structures
  • Maintain strong relationships with all kiosk stakeholders in the region
  • Map and geo-locate traders to ensure an accurate and up-to-date database
  • Provide consistent feedback and reporting to support performance tracking

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ experience in sales or field operations
  • Grade 12 qualification
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Fully computer literate with Microsoft Teams and Excel
  • Valid driver’s license
