Fidelity is looking for a New Business Development Consultant to drive business growth by securing new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong sales skills, and the ability to provide integrated risk mitigation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding the existing client base.
- Meet revenue targets by achieving planned sales goals.
- Develop and present tailored security solutions that align with client needs.
- Conduct site surveys to assess security requirements and personally design cost-effective solutions.
- Prepare and present complex proposals to prospective clients.
- Ensure timely submission of quotations and proposals.
- Build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Plan, budget, and coordinate client requirements effectively.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure all contracts and quotations are completed accurately with necessary documentation.
- Conduct extensive cold calling and lead generation to maximize market growth.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Post-matric qualification or equivalent.
- Senior solution sales experience in the security industry is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Professional presentation and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to extended working hours when needed.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- PSIRA Grade C certification (Company requirement).
