Job Overview
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a high-performing New Business Development Consultant to drive growth by identifying, securing, and developing new business opportunities. The role focuses on expanding market presence while maintaining and growing an existing client base through the delivery of end-to-end, integrated risk mitigation and security solutions across the full Fidelity offering.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify, pursue, and secure profitable new business opportunities

Grow revenue through both new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts

Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets

Conduct site surveys to assess client security requirements

Design, cost, and present comprehensive integrated security solutions

Prepare and submit accurate, detailed quotations and complex proposals timeously

Ensure all contracts, quotations, drawings, and technical addendums are completed accurately

Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients
-
Address and resolve client queries efficiently and professionally
-
Coordinate, plan, and manage client requirements from proposal to implementation
-
Ensure only approved equipment is sold in line with company policies

Submit all required documentation timeously to allow sourcing of non-standard items

Compile and submit weekly and monthly management and sales reports
-
Develop in-depth knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitor activity

Drive market growth through active prospecting and extensive cold calling
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications and Experience

Post-matric qualification or equivalent
-
Proven senior solution sales experience within the security industry

Valid driver’s licence with own reliable vehicle
-
PSIRA registration, Grade C
-
Willingness to travel and work extended hours when required
