Job Overview

The Area Growth Manager is responsible for expanding the Flash footprint across assigned sales channels, driving device adoption, increasing regional turnover, and strengthening relationships to support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow the Flash footprint within the assigned area across all allocated sales channels

  • Drive increased Flash device sales to expand market presence and regional turnover

  • Increase overall turnover across all devices and payment channels in line with strategy and targets

  • Grow the acquiring base and transaction volumes by maintaining high adoption rates during device placements

  • Conduct in-store training on all Flash products during every visit

  • Deliver and manage the SIM card business through effective merchandising of Flash SIM stock

  • Build and manage customer relationships while maintaining at least 90% Red Flag completed calls to reduce churn

  • Support the kiosk environment in line with agreed operational structures

  • Maintain strong relationships with all kiosk stakeholders within the region

  • Map and geo-locate the trader database to ensure accuracy and data integrity

Minimum Requirements

  • 2–3 years sales or field operations experience

  • Grade 12 qualification

  • Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing English

  • Fully computer literate, including Microsoft Teams and Excel

  • Valid driver’s license
