Key Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive multi-entity financial reporting
- Collaborate with business units to provide strategic financial insights
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Conduct profitability analysis, identifying trends and risks for portfolios and products
- Support commercial initiatives, pricing strategies, and operational enhancements
- Prepare and present financial performance reports to senior leadership
Required Skills & Experience
- Qualification: BCom Accounting Degree
- Experience:
- 5+ years in short-term insurance
- Proven expertise in profitability analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
