A leading financial services group is seeking an experienced Property Finance Sales Consultant to join their team in Bloemfontein. This role focuses on external sales and business development, targeting potential home loan clients through lead providers, personal marketing, and direct engagement.
As a Property Finance Sales Consultant, you will:
- Proactively source potential clients.
- Conduct needs analysis to match the right home finance solutions.
- Convert clients from competitors or provide tailored home finance packages.
- Explain the Letter of Approval (LOA) and finalize deals.
- Maintain ongoing customer relationships and follow-ups.
- Capture applications and manage file construction.
Requirements:
- Matric qualification (essential).
- 2+ years of external sales experience in home loans, real estate, insurance, or financial services.
- Proven ability to self-generate and convert leads (not just inbound).
- Stable employment history with a clear credit and criminal record.
- Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license.
- Strong networking skills with estate agents, developers, attorneys, and community partners.
- Thrives in target-driven, high-pressure sales environments.
- Hunter mentality – persistent, resilient, and able to build trust quickly.
- Creative marketing approach (e.g., activations, events, partnerships).
