Job Summary
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with stakeholders across business and IT to gather, define, and translate requirements into solution specifications.
- Map current and future business processes while leading the creation of functional and technical documentation.
- Model end-to-end business solutions using tools like use cases, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams.
- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and testers to bring innovative ideas to life.
- Lead or contribute to Agile sessions (Scrum/JAD) and support backlog grooming.
- Design scalable, reusable solution components aligned with SDLC standards.
- Support data integration, business readiness, and training documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and client experiences.
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis roles.
- 5+ years of experience in short-term commercial insurance (non-negotiable).
- Strong expertise in solution design, process modeling, and stakeholder management.
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture and the full SDLC lifecycle.
- Ability to transform complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
Bonus Points For:
- IIBA or CBAP certification.
- Background in Industrial Engineering.
- Experience with XML schema design.
- Leading Scrum ceremonies or Agile sprints.
