Job Purpose
As the custodian of the 1Life brand, you will create, execute, and monitor brand strategies to align with business objectives. You will report, analyze, and optimize marketing and brand initiatives, contributing to overall business growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

Marketing Execution

  • Deliver measurable outcomes through expert marketing guidance.
  • Enhance brand prominence through coordinated campaigns across multiple touchpoints.
  • Drive business performance metrics via strategic marketing initiatives.

Brand Strategy and Effectiveness

  • Manage the brand(s), using performance insights to shape future activities.
  • Develop and implement an integrated brand strategy to maximize business results.

Brand Positioning

  • Support brand positioning efforts and contribute innovative ideas to brand plans.

Marketing Communications

  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to support sales growth.
  • Leverage integrated channels efficiently to reinforce brand strategy.
  • Identify and capitalize on brand development opportunities.

Data Collection and Analysis

  • Analyze data independently using established tools to inform decision-making.

Portfolio Management

  • Oversee project workstreams, ensuring timely and quality execution within defined parameters.

Stakeholder Engagement (Internal and External)

  • Identify stakeholder needs and foster engagement through meetings, events, and tailored communications.
  • Manage agency relationships to maximize resource efficiency.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to align brand strategy execution.

Marketing Impact Assessment

  • Support data collection and analysis to identify optimization opportunities in marketing efforts.

  • Agency experience (Essential)
  • Traditional and Digital Media experience in planning, buying, and strategy (Advantageous)
  • 1–2 years in supervisory or team leadership roles (Advantageous)
