PURPOSE OF POSITION
Lead and motivate a store team to achieve business KPIs, including driving sales, cost control, minimizing risks and stock loss, ensuring smooth administration, and maintaining world-class store standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive Sales Growth by delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store image, managing stock efficiently, and executing promotions effectively.
- Minimize Stock Loss by fostering a security-conscious store culture and adhering to cash and stock handling procedures.
- Cost Management by optimizing store operations in line with the company’s low-cost culture.
- Administrative Excellence by ensuring all store processes comply with company guidelines.
- Team Leadership by training, coaching, and managing performance of a high-energy team.
- Store Standards by maintaining health, safety, and cleanliness protocols.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- Proficiency in English.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (business/retail-related degree/diploma advantageous).
- 1-2 years of retail leadership experience preferred.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft or Google GSuite is a plus).
