Our client, a leading medical and security services provider, is seeking an experienced Southern Africa Business Development Manager (Medical Insurance) to drive growth and expand their footprint across the region.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Business diploma or degree
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and new business development within the medical insurance sector
- Proven track record of year-on-year sales growth
- B2B experience in the services industry, including direct selling to multinational companies for at least 3 years
- Experience in selling to emerging markets
- Own reliable vehicle
- Reference checks required with two most recent employers
- Must provide 6 months’ payslips reflecting commission earnings
- Clear criminal record
- Fluency in English and an additional language
