Our client, a leading medical and security services provider, is seeking an experienced Southern Africa Business Development Manager (Medical Insurance) to drive growth and expand their footprint across the region.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Business diploma or degree
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and new business development within the medical insurance sector
  • Proven track record of year-on-year sales growth
  • B2B experience in the services industry, including direct selling to multinational companies for at least 3 years
  • Experience in selling to emerging markets
  • Own reliable vehicle
  • Reference checks required with two most recent employers
  • Must provide 6 months’ payslips reflecting commission earnings
  • Clear criminal record
  • Fluency in English and an additional language
