Job Description:
To actively sell new and used vehicles by identifying customer needs, delivering exceptional service, and matching clients with the right vehicle options. The Vehicle Sales Executive will drive revenue growth, build lasting customer relationships, and uphold the brand’s reputation through professionalism and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with walk-in and online customers to assess vehicle requirements.
- Promote and sell new and pre-owned vehicles to prospective buyers.
- Conduct test drives and highlight vehicle features and benefits.
- Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and financing in line with company policies.
- Close sales and ensure accurate completion of all documentation.
- Maintain post-sale follow-ups and customer relationship management.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed on all vehicle models and competitor offerings.
- Update CRM systems with customer interactions and sales progress.
- Collaborate with finance and insurance teams for seamless deal closures.
- Participate in showroom events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Keep up with industry trends, technology advancements, and competitor activity.

- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

- Effective time management and organisational skills.
- Basic financial literacy (loan calculations, trade-ins).
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s licence (Code B or equivalent).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Matric / Grade 12 minimum.
- 3–5 years of automotive sales experience preferred.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with vehicle financing and trade-in processes.
- Sales or marketing training is a plus.
