About the Role:
Fidelity Vacancies is offering an exciting opportunity for a Media Intern – Performance Marketing to be trained into a high-performing Media Buyer. This hands-on role places you inside live campaigns from day one, where you’ll learn how to test, optimise, and scale paid media across major digital platforms. You’ll work closely with experienced media buyers, creative strategists, and analysts while building a strong foundation for a long-term career in performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
First 3–6 Months
- Support senior media buyers with campaign setup, monitoring, and optimisation
- Learn testing frameworks and analyse key performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, EPC, and ROAS
- Assist with ad copy, video scripts, and landing page briefs
- Track creative versions and maintain accurate performance records
- Document test results, insights, and reports
- Participate in creative brainstorms and strategy sessions
- Quality-check campaign launches for tracking accuracy and alignment
Growth & Development
- Launch and manage campaigns under supervision
- Develop testing hypotheses and structured experimentation plans
- Take ownership of accounts with responsibility for budgets and performance

Candidate Requirements:
- No prior media buying experience required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills are an advantage
- Interest or basic exposure to digital marketing, paid media, or eCommerce is a plus
