About the Program:
As a Shop Assistant / Cashier, you will deliver exceptional service by efficiently managing point of sale (POS) operations, merchandising, and customer interactions, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Job Objectives:

• Perform all point of sale activities accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure precise scanning of merchandise and collection of payments, including processing clubcard rewards.
• Handle cash safely and securely at all times.
• Promote the Clicks clubcard and enroll new members to meet participation targets.
• Inform customers about promotions to enhance sales and ensure they “feel good and pay less.”
• Provide superior customer service as a visible and approachable brand ambassador.
• Maintain store merchandising and housekeeping standards in line with visual guidelines.
• Support the Group’s vision to be the first-choice health and beauty retailer by exemplifying company values.
• Stay informed about products, ranges, promotions, and events to provide accurate customer information.
