About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven BDR 1 to drive sales performance, manage distributor relationships, and ensure strong brand presence across assigned territories.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets for assigned areas.
- Manage and supervise distributors, including order processing, payments, and redistribution.
- Ensure IB products are stocked in full range and available at customer and retail outlets.
- Maintain effective merchandising, including POS and chiller visibility.
- Ensure chillers are correctly placed in performing outlets and used exclusively for IBPLC products.
- Monitor and enforce recommended product pricing at sales outlets.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to inform strategies.
Profile: Education
- 3-year degree qualification.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or FMCG environment.
Key Attributes and Competencies
- Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong local area knowledge.
- Excellent administration and organizational skills.
