Key Responsibilities

• Learn and assist in refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical fitting tasks under supervision.
• Participate in hands-on training to develop technical knowledge and practical skills.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies while performing tasks.
• Support skilled technicians in day-to-day operational activities.
• Complete assigned learning modules and training objectives to build competency.

Qualifications, Experience & Competencies

• Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent educational qualification.
• Interest in technical trades such as refrigeration, electrical, or mechanical fitting.
• Willingness to learn and develop practical skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a workshop and operational environment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to grow within the company.
