Responsibilities

• Implement and embed PeMM (PepsiCo Maintenance Management) daily and ensure compliance through self-audits.

• Develop an optimized maintenance work plan with clear and documented processes.

• Create and maintain routine maintenance schedules.

• Ensure accurate maintenance data and proper document control.

• Communicate and train maintenance and production personnel on maintenance procedures.

• Integrate maintenance activities with production plans and boil-outs.

• Plan manpower and materials for scheduled maintenance work, ensuring resources are available and ready.

• Accurately estimate maintenance work, considering duration, priority, skill requirements, spares, tools, specialist services, and material needs.

• Arrange contract labor as needed to supplement resources for maintenance requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacturing within the FMCG industry.

• Technical Trade N4 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical.

• Engineering Diploma or Degree is advantageous.

• Experience with SAP.
