Role Purpose
The Corporate Store Manager is responsible for leading overall store performance by delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing and managing teams, ensuring operational excellence, and driving sales growth in line with brand standards and company values.

Guest Experience Focus

  • Demonstrate and embed the brand service philosophy by consistently delivering outstanding guest experiences.

  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and within agreed turnaround times.

  • Maintain expert knowledge of all treatments and services, advising guests accurately and confidently.

  • Actively promote, upsell, and cross-sell treatments and services to maximise revenue.

  • Handle guest enquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring accuracy and care.

  • Manage inbound calls with a friendly and professional approach.

  • Ensure effective scheduling to optimise guest bookings and service delivery.

People and Team Leadership

  • Onboard new team members and mentor them in line with brand culture and service standards.

  • Host regular team engagements to review performance, sales targets, hygiene standards, training needs, and service focus.

  • Manage staff rosters and scheduling to ensure optimal coverage.

  • Coordinate training plans, development sessions, and bookings.

  • Address staff and guest issues promptly, escalating when necessary.

  • Manage disciplinary processes and performance management in line with policy.

  • Set and drive individual performance targets through regular one-on-one engagement.

Operational Excellence

  • Drive awareness and participation in the loyalty programme through team training and in-store execution.

  • Ensure merchandising, store presentation, and hygiene standards are consistently maintained.

  • Conduct regular stock spot checks, inventory counts, and control procedures.

  • Manage stock receiving and capturing processes in line with operational systems and standards.

  • Ensure accurate administrative controls, including invoice filing and documentation.

  • Oversee cash management processes, including cash-ups and banking procedures.

Reporting and Performance Management

  • Submit team meeting agendas, feedback, and performance updates to relevant stakeholders.

  • Ensure accurate submission of leave records, sick leave tracking, and payroll-related documentation.

  • Provide required reporting data to support accurate payroll and compliance.

  • Monitor weekly sales performance and track progress against monthly budgets.

Marketing and Brand Execution

  • Implement and manage national marketing and advertising campaigns at store level.

  • Ensure team members are fully informed and trained on all campaigns.

  • Ensure promotional collateral is correctly displayed and maintained.

  • Enable the team to confidently promote and sell campaign offerings.

Key Competencies and Skills

  • Computer literate with strong system proficiency

  • Excellent verbal, written, and telephonic communication skills

  • Highly organised, structured, and detail-oriented

  • Strong numeracy and cash-handling aptitude

  • Punctual, reliable, and professional

  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Capable of managing multiple stores where required

  • Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven
