Responsibilities:
- Supervise branch operations, including training schedules, staff performance, and learner support.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of training interventions, assessments, and moderation.
- Manage renewal/extension processes for assessors, moderators, and company accreditation.
- Oversee operational and logistical requirements.
- Lead and mentor facilitators, assessors, and administrative staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.
- Track staff attendance and leave records.
- Foster a positive, productive work environment.
- Address client enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Represent the branch at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Analyze learner and facilitator feedback and generate reports.
- Support marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Prepare client proposals and quotations.
- Monitor branch budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
- Process payments, invoices, and financial records.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operational/administrative roles, preferably in training or education.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business management, education, or a related field.
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of SETAS & QCTO processes is advantageous.
