Business Analyst Role at Agile People

You Will Need:

• A strong passion for excellence.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Background in the short-term insurance industry (advantageous).
• A relevant IT degree or diploma.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Active participation in all SCRUM ceremonies.
• Supporting business Product Owners with prioritization.
• Facilitating backlog grooming sessions.
• Documenting user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Contributing to successful project delivery in a BA capacity.
• Engaging in rollouts and go-live activities.
• Collaborating with business owners for demos and approvals.
• Leveraging insurance knowledge for business solutions.
• Applying solid business acumen and SDLC understanding (SCRUM & KANBAN).
