Firecrest Clinical, part of the ICON plc Group, develops visually engaging training products to enhance site performance in clinical trials. As a Clinical Trial Subject Matter Expert (CT SME), you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, accurate training solutions that align with industry standards and sponsor expectations.
What You Will Be Doing
- Apply clinical research expertise to create accurate, engaging digital solutions for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers, Product Testing Analysts) to develop sponsor-aligned training products within project timelines.
- Ensure clinical trial technical accuracy at every stage, maximizing value for sponsors, site staff, investigators, and patients.
- Review study documentation, attend sponsor meetings, and support the Project Manager as needed.
- Escalate protocol-related queries and maintain compliance with ICH/GCP guidelines and company processes.
- Drive process improvements and mentor junior CT SMEs as applicable.
- Stay updated on clinical research regulations through continuous learning.
Your Profile
- B.Sc. (Hons) in life sciences or equivalent.
- 2-3+ years’ experience as a CRA, site coordinator, or study nurse.
- Broad therapeutic area and clinical trial phase experience.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in ICH GCP guidelines and study document review.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
