Role Purpose
Develop and implement an employee engagement strategy that aligns business purpose and vision with the employee experience.

Requirements

  • BA in Communication or related field
  • Degree/Honours in Communications or Marketing (Preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Project Management/Coordination experience (Advantageous)
  • Experience working with creative partners on engagement campaigns
  • Background in conceptualizing and implementing employee engagement initiatives
  • Knowledge of the HR environment and value chain
  • Understanding of the insurance industry and business drivers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Expertise in employee engagement and employee experience

Duties & Responsibilities
Join Momentum Group as an Employee Engagement Specialist to shape initiatives that connect employees to our purpose, strengthen culture, and enhance engagement. Partner with leaders, HR, and creative teams to deliver impactful strategies, campaigns, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute employee engagement and internal communication strategies aligned with business goals
  • Create campaigns and content that reflect our purpose, values, and culture
  • Design initiatives to enhance employer and employee brand experience
  • Collaborate with leaders and HR to integrate engagement practices across the employee lifecycle
  • Produce digital content tailored for hybrid work environments
  • Manage engagement projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery
  • Plan and execute internal events, experiences, and campaigns to motivate employees
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to drive engagement outcomes
  • Measure and report on engagement initiatives, using insights for continuous improvement
  • Stay updated on trends in employee engagement and internal communications
