About the Role:

Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or local equivalents.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a similar advisory role.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, investment vehicles, and market trends.
- Expertise in tax planning, estate planning, and risk management.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities with a client-focused approach.
- High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
- Proficiency in financial planning software, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation and Relationship Building:
- Conduct in-depth client interviews to assess financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships as the primary financial advisor.
- Regularly review client portfolios and update plans based on changing circumstances or market conditions.
- Clearly communicate complex financial concepts to clients.
Financial Planning and Strategy:
- Develop customized financial plans tailored to individual client objectives.
- Analyze assets, liabilities, cash flow, insurance coverage, and tax status.
- Advise on investment opportunities, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and real estate.
- Provide guidance on retirement, estate, education, and tax planning.
- Recommend insurance products to manage risk effectively.
Investment Management:
- Monitor market trends and adjust financial plans accordingly.
- Research and evaluate financial products to align with client goals.
- Implement asset allocation, diversification, and rebalancing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in all recommendations.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, including data privacy and KYC protocols.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, plans, and transactions.
- Prepare regular reports for clients and internal audits.
- Stay updated on industry changes, tax laws, and financial products.
Professional Development:
- Pursue continuing education and certifications to enhance expertise.
- Participate in industry conferences, workshops, and networking events.
