Responsibilities:
- Coordinate financial activities across business units
- Oversee financial management within the finance department
- Lead day-to-day operations of the finance team
- Ensure accurate accounting processes and group financial reporting
- Provide strategic financial guidance to support business objectives
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of financial management experience
- Background in Financial Services/Insurance industry
- Proven people management and leadership skills
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong understanding of financial services regulatory requirements
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
