Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Portfolio Administrator to join their team in Pietermaritzburg.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the planning and recommendations for client portfolios, including portfolio construction.
- Update client portfolios on Elite Wealth and other relevant systems.
- Maintain and service existing client records on Elite Wealth in compliance with FAIS regulations.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates to client records on Elite Wealth and Atwork.
- Perform additional tasks related to Life/Investment Planning as required.
- Request policy information as needed.
- Provide general administrative support within the office when required.
- Regularly update and manage client portfolios.
Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in Financial Services, Payroll/HR, Accounting, Legal, or Insurance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
