Job Description
Role Overview
The OUTsurance Broker Tied Agent Model is designed to expand our business insurance portfolio. The successful candidate will drive growth by prospecting and selling personal and commercial lines insurance.

Qualifications
General Requirements:
- Matric or National Senior Certificate.
- Own reliable vehicle with uninterrupted access.
- Valid Code B driver’s license.
- 3+ years of face-to-face external sales experience.
- Proven success in lead generation, cold calling, and relationship management.
For FAIS Representatives (Non-Negotiable):
- FAIS credits or Full Insurance Qualifications (based on DOFA).
- RE5 certification (based on DOFA).
Additional Information
