Role Purpose
The Retail Business Consultant builds dynamic and lasting partnerships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) by leveraging product knowledge, market insights, and sales excellence. The role focuses on enhancing IFA relationships through seamless service, strategic business analysis, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3-year tertiary qualification (or willingness to study toward a degree).

Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant sales and communication experience.
  • Experience with Momentum products is advantageous.

Duties & Responsibilities

Engage:

  • Proactively engage IFAs to understand their needs and drive value.
  • Conduct planned IFA visits and deliver key messages.
  • Analyze and optimize weekly activities to exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain professional meeting agendas and minutes.

Enthuse:

  • Understand target IFAs, their competitive landscape, and key engagement opportunities.
  • Foster long-term, meaningful IFA relationships.
  • Transition IFAs from passive supporters to active ambassadors.

Educate:

  • Position Momentum as a thought leader and trusted information source.
  • Uphold accountability, innovation, and excellence in all dealings.
  • Enhance financial planning and advice outcomes.

Enable:

  • Support IFAs with actionable insights and solutions.
  • Achieve or exceed production targets and productive IFA quotas.
