Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve the annual sales budget by meeting and exceeding daily and monthly targets to ensure business sustainability.
- Manage and control financial aspects of the store to drive profitability.
- Adhere to merchandising standards in alignment with brand requirements for an optimal product mix.
- Ensure proper stock management and control to minimize loss and maintain product availability by monitoring stock risks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to provide the best shopping experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external service providers.
- Manage human resources effectively, including recruitment, payroll planning, and administration.
- Inspire, motivate, develop, and hold team members accountable.
- Align team members with company culture and foster a positive work environment.
- Implement all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain health and safety practices in the store.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of store management experience.
- Minimum 8 years of retail experience.
- Experience managing a large retail store with an annual turnover exceeding R20 million.
