The successful candidate will ensure high-quality service delivery in line with site-specific SLAs while managing client relationships, cleaning standards, and equipment inspections.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and train on-site staff, including supervisors.
- Maintain personal health, hygiene, and professional appearance.
- Oversee client chemicals, including dilution, mixing, and issuing.
- Implement and adjust cleaning programs as needed.
- Handle client audits related to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with procurement processes.
- Conduct daily checks and follow-ups.
- Proactively resolve operational issues.
- Report maintenance and safety concerns promptly.
Skills and Competencies
- Minimum 3 years of operational contract management in the cleaning industry.
- Experience managing a staff complement of 140+.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and management.
- Ability to interpret and enforce SLA requirements in an outcome-driven environment.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills.
Qualifications
- Grade 12/Matric qualification.
- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or healthcare experience preferred.
