Snr Data Strategist – IQVIA
Minimum Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Technology with 8–10 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. At least 7+ years of CRO experience with expertise in clinical systems, the data they store, and associated data flow paths.

Responsibilities
- Partner with project teams to design optimal data flow patterns across IQVIA’s enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data integration for real-time alerts and analytics.
- Lead vendor data setup for Data Management teams, coordinating with the Data Team Lead (DTL) to enable efficient downstream workflows, including data cleaning.
- Develop and oversee the Systems Integration Plan to outline data flows, identify risks, and foster collaboration with groups (IPA, Study Team, CDAT) for standardization and visit alignment.
- Drive improvements in people, processes, and technology to enhance data quality, reduce latency, and increase productivity across systems like IVxS, EDC, CTMS, QRPM, Data Factory, and analytics platforms.
- Advise study teams on optimal solutions considering limitations (budget, timelines, contracts) while clearly articulating trade-offs.
- Innovate to solve challenges, minimizing workarounds and influencing long-term decision-making.
- Ensure data transfer specifications meet integration quality standards.
- Provide training on startup SOPs and best practices during RFI and post-award phases.
- Partner with global IT to resolve data integration and quality issues.
- Maintain a holistic understanding of 5–10 interrelated systems, assessing how design impacts overall functionality.
