JOB PURPOSE
Assist in daily store operations while delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to company policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver outstanding customer service in line with adidas standards.
- Process sales transactions, including cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Support inventory management by assisting with stockroom-to-sales-floor transfers.
- Help with product ticketing and shipment verification.
- Maintain store security to minimize shrinkage and protect company assets.
- Assist in visual merchandising and display setups as directed by management.
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently while complying with procedures.
- Use sales techniques like upselling and product knowledge to meet store goals.
- Greet customers, assist with product selection, and act as a store ambassador.
- Ensure general store cleanliness and organization.
- Uphold company policies regarding asset protection.
SKILLS REQUIRED

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Matric certificate
- 0-1 years of retail experience (preferred but not required)
