Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive the achievement of annual sales targets by meeting and exceeding daily and monthly budgets to ensure business sustainability.
- Oversee financial management of the store to maintain profitability and operational efficiency.
- Maintain high merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines to ensure an optimal product mix.
- Implement strong stock management and control processes to minimize loss and maximize product availability.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to create an outstanding shopping experience.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and manage human resources, including recruitment, payroll, and staff development.
- Inspire, motivate, and develop team members while ensuring accountability.
- Align the team with company culture and promote a positive, engaging work environment.
- Enforce company policies and procedures consistently.
- Uphold health and safety practices in the workplace.

Minimum Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Clear criminal record.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of store management experience.
- Minimum of 8 years in the retail industry.
- Experience managing a high-volume retail store with annual turnover exceeding R20 million.
