Tekkie Town is looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead our team at the Woodlands Boulevard branch in Pretoria. This exciting opportunity is perfect for an experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take charge of store operations, drive sales, and develop a winning team.

As a Store Manager, you will report directly to the Area Sales Manager and be responsible for maximizing store profitability, achieving sales targets, reducing stock losses, and ensuring excellent customer service and staff performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive store performance to meet and exceed sales targets and budgets.

• Ensure effective day-to-day store operations in line with company standards.

• Monitor and minimize stock losses and manage store expenses.

• Lead, train, coach, and develop your store team to ensure high performance.

• Oversee merchandising, promotions, and implementation of visual standards.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and Standard Operating Procedures.

• Maintain brand standards and ensure a superior customer experience.

• Take responsibility for store opening and closing procedures.

• Promote and live the Tekkie Town culture and values.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a retail management role.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Fluent in English and at least one other South African official language.

• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and selling skills.

• High energy, results-driven, with excellent planning and organizational skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Own transport and valid driver’s license (advantageous).
