Purpose of Position:
Lead a dynamic store team to achieve business KPIs, including driving sales, cost control, risk and stock loss mitigation, administration, and maintaining world-class store standards.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales: Enhance customer service, uphold store standards, manage stock, and implement promotions effectively.
- Minimize Stock Loss: Foster a vigilant store culture and adhere to security measures, stock handling, and cash procedures.
- Cost Management: Optimize store efficiencies in line with the company’s low-cost culture.
- Administrative Duties: Ensure all tasks comply with company guidelines.
- Team Leadership: Train, coach, and manage the performance of a dynamic team.
- Standards Compliance: Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Job Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Proficient in English.
- Relevant tertiary education in business/retail (advantageous).
- 1–2 years of retail leadership experience.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft/Google GSuite is a plus).
