Job Description
The Senior Internal Auditor will play a key role in delivering integrated audits across financial and operational areas, strengthening risk management, controls, and governance. You will partner with stakeholders to assess risks, enhance processes, conduct investigations, and provide practical recommendations that improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform risk and control assessments across financial and operational processes
  • Design and enhance control frameworks and process improvements
  • Plan and execute integrated audits end to end
  • Conduct compliance and substantive testing, including analytical reviews
  • Lead and participate in investigations, special audits, and due diligence reviews
  • Engage stakeholders to drive remediation and continuous improvement

Qualifications and Experience

  • Relevant B-degree
  • Minimum of 7 years’ post-articles experience
  • Proven experience facilitating end-to-end process audits
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication experience
  • Broad business process exposure
  • Sound knowledge of accounting and tax, including auditing within a finance function
  • Internal audit and retail experience advantageous
  • Experience in special audits, investigations, due diligence, or fraud investigations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Sound computer skills; experience with ACL is advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
