We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Secretary/Administrator to join a leading insurance sector client in Umhlanga, KZN.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4
- National Secretarial Certificate, Diploma in Office Administration, or NQF Level 5
- 3-5 years of relevant secretarial and administrative experience at a senior level
- Knowledge and exposure to the Assurance/Insurance sector
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the designated broker
- Maintain exceptional client service standards
- Manage and organize the broker’s daily diary in Outlook
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
