Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers
- Develop and execute business development strategies to unlock new growth opportunities
- Lead negotiations on high-value deals aligned to business objectives
- Identify opportunities through market research, trends, and competitor analysis
- Prepare and present compelling, tailored proposals to senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with leadership to align growth strategies and priorities

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5–8 years’ experience in business development or sales with C-suite engagement
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with solid market analysis capabilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
