About the Role:
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a high-impact Sales Solutions Representative to drive strategic business growth through consultative selling and executive-level engagement. This role focuses on securing high-value partnerships, expanding market presence, and delivering tailored solutions that create measurable value for clients across South Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to unlock new growth opportunities
  • Lead negotiations on high-value deals aligned to business objectives
  • Identify opportunities through market research, trends, and competitor analysis
  • Prepare and present compelling, tailored proposals to senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate with leadership to align growth strategies and priorities
  • Represent the business at industry events and networking engagements
  • Proactively generate leads through cold calling and targeted outreach

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5–8 years’ experience in business development or sales with C-suite engagement
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with solid market analysis capabilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
