About the Program

Responsibilities

• Survey assigned routes and customers to ensure compliance with set standards.
• Analyze and interpret sales data and customer information to provide actionable recommendations to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and customer interactions.
• Represent and promote PepsiCo products, identifying potential sales opportunities.
• Visit and support customers, driving sales and uncovering new business prospects.
• Process and administer sales orders efficiently.
• Execute in-store activations and promotions to enhance brand visibility and awareness.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
• Grade 12 certificate.
• Prior experience within the FMCG sector.
• Proven experience in driving brand awareness initiatives.
