Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Analyse key performance metrics including CIB Ratio, Agent Tiers, and active base growth to drive performance, exceed targets, and identify and mitigate operational risks.

Oversee vehicle management by ensuring all mobile units are regularly serviced and maintained in a roadworthy condition.

Implement effective route-to-market strategies through structured travel plans that ensure broad geographic coverage and optimal distribution.

Build and maintain strong relationships with network providers across provinces to secure operational support and align on strategic initiatives.

Develop and execute strategies to expand SIM card distribution in untapped markets by increasing the active agent base and penetrating low-distribution areas.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Cellular Counter Project, ensuring alignment with operational mechanics and performance objectives.

Coordinate and deliver training for new Mobile Units to ensure readiness and operational excellence.

Lead, coach, and motivate teams through ongoing feedback, performance management, and career development support, while role modelling behaviours aligned with company culture and values.
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements

Matric qualification.
-
Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the Cellular Industry.
Technical Skills
-
Knowledge of basic accounting principles, including stock forecasting.

Strong ability to analyse and work with data sets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Proven exposure to managing and leading teams.
