About the Role
Truworths Careers is seeking a meticulous and experienced Head Office Internal Auditor to join our Internal Audit team. This role provides exposure to both local and international entities within the Truworths Group (South Africa & UK) and offers the opportunity to work alongside skilled professionals in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct risk and control assessments for financial and operational processes, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Perform integrated and risk-based process audits across business areas
• Test control design, effectiveness, and perform substantive testing including analytical review
• Prepare clear and concise audit reports
• Conduct audit follow-ups to ensure implementation of recommendations

Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant B-degree
• Professional certification (e.g., CIA) advantageous
• Minimum 3 years’ internal audit experience
• Experience in end-to-end risk-based audits and business process assessment
• Exposure to auditing finance departments is advantageous
• Retail and internal audit experience beneficial
