Mission
The Coordinator will oversee MTNF projects by driving effective monitoring and evaluation processes, ensuring timely reporting, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders to support informed decision-making and sustainable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage approval processes for uploading, downloading, and editing content on the MTNF Digital Content Platform, ensuring timely and accurate publication.
• Drive consistent content uploads from media agencies to the MTNF Content Management Platform and website.
• Coordinate testing of completed MTNF digital solutions to ensure optimal functionality and monitor progress of ongoing solutions to guarantee timely deployment.
• Escalate user complaints related to the MTNF Content Library, manage change requests, and implement preventive measures to address system issues.
• Track leveraging activities of MTNF projects and interventions across internal and external traditional and digital media platforms.
• Mine, sort, and clean nomination data to support various intervention processes and reporting requirements.
• Drive social media awareness initiatives and increase traffic to the MTNF website through regular content updates.
• Review MTNF contracts and notify relevant stakeholders of upcoming expirations to ensure continuity and compliance.
• Develop implementation schedules for projects and track progress of implementing partners and vendors.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Affairs team in the production of the MTNF annual report.
• Liaise with stakeholders across business, government, NGOs, and community groups to strengthen partnerships and drive project visibility.
• Identify and pursue collaboration opportunities to showcase MTNF initiatives across strategic platforms and networks.

Education Requirements

• First degree in a relevant discipline.
• Fluent in English.
• Project management training or certification is required.

Experience and Competencies

• 3–7 years of relevant professional experience in project coordination or related specialization.
• Experience working within a medium-sized organization.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
