About the Program:
The Area Growth Manager plays a key role in expanding the Flash footprint across multiple sales channels while driving sustainable growth in device adoption, payment channel usage, and regional turnover.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Expand the Flash footprint within the area across all assigned sales channels.
  • Drive Flash device sales to grow regional turnover and market penetration.
  • Increase overall turnover across devices and payment channels in line with departmental strategy and targets.
  • Grow the acquiring base by maintaining high adoption rates when deploying Flash devices.
  • Deliver in-store training on all Flash products during every visit.
  • Build strong trader relationships while maintaining a minimum of 90% Red Flag completed calls to reduce churn.
  • Support and manage the kiosk environment in line with agreed operational structures.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with all kiosk stakeholders in the region.
  • Map and geo-locate the trader database to ensure accurate and reliable data.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in sales or field operations.
  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
  • Fully computer literate with strong working knowledge of Teams and Excel.
  • Valid driver’s license.
