About the Program:
The Area Growth Manager plays a key role in expanding the Flash footprint across multiple sales channels while driving sustainable growth in device adoption, payment channel usage, and regional turnover.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Expand the Flash footprint within the area across all assigned sales channels.
- Drive Flash device sales to grow regional turnover and market penetration.
- Increase overall turnover across devices and payment channels in line with departmental strategy and targets.
- Grow the acquiring base by maintaining high adoption rates when deploying Flash devices.
- Deliver in-store training on all Flash products during every visit.
- Build strong trader relationships while maintaining a minimum of 90% Red Flag completed calls to reduce churn.
- Support and manage the kiosk environment in line with agreed operational structures.
- Maintain effective working relationships with all kiosk stakeholders in the region.
- Map and geo-locate the trader database to ensure accurate and reliable data.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in sales or field operations.
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
- Fully computer literate with strong working knowledge of Teams and Excel.
- Valid driver’s license.
