Finance Manager – International Group (CA-SA, 2-3 Years Post-Articles)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting, management accounts, and internal controls.
- Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and performance tracking.
- Manage group cashflow, banking facilities, and platforms.
- Support international expansion, including SARB applications, loan schedules, and forex calculations.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and oversee external audits.
- Maintain tax compliance across South Africa, the UK, and Canada.
- Optimize cost control, procurement, and supplier management.
- Handle statutory documentation, risk registers, and compliance schedules.
- Review payroll, stock management, fixed assets, and receivables.
- Manage insurance policies and claims.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team for high performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- CA (SA) qualification.
- 2-3 years of post-article experience.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS for SMEs, Income Tax, VAT, and the Companies Act.
- Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency; Sage Evolution/QuickBooks is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
