You will be responsible for:
- Tender Opportunity Management
- Tender Planning & Coordination
- Tender Document Preparation
- Costing & Pricing
- Risk & Compliance Management
- Submission & Follow-Up
- Reporting & Documentation
- Process Improvement
Qualifications
- BTech or N.Dip QS / Building Science
Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Insurance claims & New builds
- Proficient in JBCC & NEC contracts
- Expertise in Cost estimation, development, and submission of Tenders
- Advanced skills in CCS & MS Projects
Salary/Package
R350k – R500k (Negotiable)
