Young Professional-in-Training Programme
Transnet Rail Infrastructure (TRIM) invites unemployed South African graduates aged 18–35 to apply for a two-year Young Professional-in-Training development programme. This structured, mentored opportunity provides institutional knowledge and hands-on training to enhance employability. Progress is assessed every six months to align outcomes with TRIM’s objectives and candidate growth.
About the Programme
Ideal for graduates from DHET-registered institutions (Universities/Universities of Technology), the programme requires a Bachelor’s degree/BTech (NQF Level 6 or higher) with no prior work experience in your field of study.
Position Outputs
- Participate in a structured 24-month training programme under mentorship.
- Gain practical experience across TRIM Depots and Departments.
Qualifications and Experience
- B Degree in HRM or Industrial Psychology (or equivalent).
- Must be a South African citizen.
- No prior work experience required.
