Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through their insurance journey, providing tailored solutions for their future security.
- Convert cold calls and inquiries into meaningful conversations by actively listening to clients’ insurance needs.
- Recommend optimal insurance products to protect homes, vehicles, health, and families.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Deliver outstanding service by explaining insurance terms in simple, relatable ways.
You Must Have:
- Grade 12 qualification
- Clear Criminal and ITC records
- Minimum 1 year of short-term insurance sales experience
- Fluent in English (verbal & written)
- Strong understanding of insurance products
- FAIS compliance (fit and proper requirements)
- RE 5 certification (highly advantageous)
