Responsibilities

Implement, monitor, and evaluate fleet safety operations to ensure compliance with the PepsiCo Fleet Safety Program and legal requirements.

Develop and manage a Fleet Management System and Driver Onboarding Management System.

Maintain and update Fleet Safety dashboards, providing visibility on site Fleet Safety KPIs.

Update and implement EHS procedures in line with the GEHSMS program.

Investigate and report fleet-related EHS incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Conduct fleet safety inspections, internal audits, and external EHS audits.

Deliver driver training on safe driving practices, regulatory compliance, and emergency response protocols.

Analyze fleet safety data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with other departments to promote a strong safe driving culture across the organization.

Drive fleet safety awareness campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ experience as an EHS Coordinator.

In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations, including OHS Act, NRTA, and other applicable EHS requirements.

Grade 12 plus a Diploma or Degree in EHS, Fleet Management, or related field.

Ability to read, interpret, and analyze EHS data and statistics.

Skilled in formulating fleet safety improvement initiatives based on data analysis.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
