Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor, and evaluate fleet safety operations to ensure compliance with the PepsiCo Fleet Safety Program and legal requirements.

• Develop and manage a Fleet Management System and Driver Onboarding Management System.

• Maintain and update Fleet Safety dashboards, providing visibility on site Fleet Safety KPIs.

• Update and implement EHS procedures in line with the GEHSMS program.

• Investigate and report fleet-related EHS incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

• Conduct fleet safety inspections, internal audits, and external EHS audits.

• Deliver driver training on safe driving practices, regulatory compliance, and emergency response protocols.

• Analyze fleet safety data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with other departments to promote a strong safe driving culture across the organization.

• Drive fleet safety awareness campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an EHS Coordinator.

• In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations, including OHS Act, NRTA, and other applicable EHS requirements.

• Grade 12 plus a Diploma or Degree in EHS, Fleet Management, or related field.

• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze EHS data and statistics.

• Skilled in formulating fleet safety improvement initiatives based on data analysis.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
